Chia Pudding - 2 Servings
2 TBS       Chia Seeds
2/3 Cup  Coconut milk
1/3 Cup   Water

Blend all the ingredients in a blender

Refrigerate for 3hrs or overnight


Fish Peppersoup

A favourite among many. This warming soothing broth made with a unique blend of spices is the perfect hunger satisfying meal.


An alternative to fish is any animal protein of choice.​

Egg plant Amala with Ogbono soup

Think you will miss your local 'okele'?
